Ooooo, I really like him! I think the design is definitely better than the other one, but it's also more complex, which some people may like and some may prefer the female. :3 Makes me wonder how the wings work underwater! :D

The right "hand" looks a bit odd, and kind of like it doesn't match the left, but that could just be because your seeing the top of one "hand" and the bottom of the other... I think the eyes are a little uneven too, possibly. *squints*
