I understand completely. When my doctor (20+ years ago) told me I was depressed, I told him, "But I've felt like this all my life." To which he said exactly...clinical depression. Most people can't fathom that "don't want to get up" feeling. I also have SAD, so am beginning to pick up a bit as the days get longer. I hate December.
