Oh yeah. I can't even *count* the number of times I've seen an A_B post that basically said "If I'd heard anything from them, even stupid excuses, I wouldn't be posting, but I've had no contact, so..."
I know I've left a few unhappy customers (I know at least one of them is crazy, also) but none of them could ever complain about my communication, at least. :D
