Things that happen when I'm bored

So I'm bored out of my mind,and there happens to be some charcoal-black paper and a box of construction paper crayons (fully opaque, for drawing on colors and darks) sitting about. And for some reason I wanted to draw a caterpillar, and then I thought "Ha! I should draw a CATerpillar." And then I thought of RainOubliette's accidental tail/caterpillar that I made way back when, and then this happened:
