Meeting me at Everfree
Jul. 1st, 2014 12:31 pmI forgot to post this here.
Everfree NW is coming in just a few days! I'm still sewing like mad to get everything I need to finish done in time, but whatever else happens, I will definitely be there. Here's what you need to know if you want to meet me at the convention.
Where and when to find me:
1. In the dealer's room.
I'll be there the entire time it's open. I am at table 42 (ha!) which you can see on this map: https://everfreenw.com/vendors
2. The fanfiction chillout.
I'll probably be dropping in and out of the room several times during the convention, but I will absolutely for certain be there on Saturday, from whenever the vendor's room closes (probably at 9pm) to at least 11pm. This is the best time to come by and meet me if you'd like to sit and chat for a while.
3. The arts and crafts room.
No scheduled or specific times, but I'll be spending a great deal of the evening hours after the vendor's room has closed here. I'll be happy to talk, and to give drawing tips to any newbie artists. (Non-newbie artists are probably already better than I am!)
I may also be turning up at My Little Kareoke at some point, probably on Friday.
How to recognize me:
1. My badge will say "SPark" on it.
2. I'll be cosplaying as Prince Artemis on Friday, the other two days I will probably be wearing a vest and a red bow tie.
3. I'll have bright blue hair for the entire time.
Also, here's a handy guide to things that are okay/things I find annoying.
Do:
Buy stuff from my vendor table.
Ask me about my stories.
Ask me about my sewing.
Ask me about my drawing.
Tell me about your stories, sewing, art, etc.
Spend as much time talking in the fanfic chillout as you like.
Don't:
Stand in front of my table, blocking everyone else from looking at it, if you're not buying something.
Ask me to give you my sewing patterns. (I won't.)
Talk for three hours about your stories, sewing, art, etc.
Glomp, pounce, hug, etc. I am not super touchy-feely, sorry!
I'm looking forward to seeing at least a few of you there.
