Exhibitionistic tendancies, and Episode II

Well, this is going to be an interesting experiment. I could never manage to keep up a real life written journal for very long, I always stop writing in it. Maybe I'll be better with the on-line version. We'll see.

I find it interesting that people put up journals for the whole world to see. Is it being exhibitionist to show off your inner self to the world? But then I suppose a lot of people who write these don't really put down their inner thoughts and all. Me, I'm probably just going to ramble on with random whatever comes into my head, which I seem to be doing right now.

So what's going on today? Nothing much. Yesterday was another matter entirely, since I went to see Star Wars Episode II, which despite certain critics' comments to the contrary, was actually very, very good. Miles better than Episode I, that's for sure. I absolutely loved it, and I might even see it a second time in the theater. Usually I wait to give something a second viewing until it's out on video, but this was so good I want to see it again. The bit with Yoda and the light-saber was amazing, (and funny as all get out too.) I went in costume as a random lady Jedi (I couldn't be anybody in the movie, I don't have an outfit for Amadala, Leia or any of the girls, and I'm too female to go as Obi-Wan, or any of them.) There were only three other people in costume there. My siblings, who came with me, were party-poopers and didn't dress up, even though we had costumes left over from Halloween a few years back. Oh well, I had fun.

So that's my news for the day, my first official entry.
