Google fails me.

This is probably a stupid question. But... what exactly does inhaling a non-toxic particle do to you? I cannot manage to find anything useful on this subject. It seems to be something that is just assumed to be common knowledge.

But I've no idea. And... given that I inhale a certain amount of acrylic dust on a weekly basis, I probably should know this. Is it going to give me lung cancer? Right now I'm not seeing any ill effects, and I've been doing this for a couple of years. And I HATE wearing breath masks. Ugh. But I have this little paranoid voice that tells me maybe I should. So I tried to find out, but I can't find anything on the subject at all.

...crazy Christian fundamentalists shouldn't be denying global warming, they should be embracing it! It's a sign of the end of the world, obvously.

But if you go around expecting fundamentalists to make sense, you're probably going to be surprised a lot.

Today is my day off. And of course I'm actually kind of motivated to do stuff today! So I prepped my Mulan resin horse, and am working on base coating him today. I have to wonder why he's named Mulan, as my understanding was that's a girl's name, and he's very definitely a boy horse. I spent a good half an hour cleaning seam lines off of his stallion bits, so I'm very sure of this. Casting him must have been a lot of fun, because he has something like a dozen different seam lines. The mold must be made of an awful lot of pieces.

I hope to get all the base coat on today, and then maybe next week I can start in with the detail work.
