I woke up at 1:30 pm today. I felt rested. I'd gone to bed sometime around 2 am or so. I slept a freaking 11 hours. It's now almost 1am. I've been up for not even twelve hours and I am exhausted. Feeling ready to fall over. My eyes are tired, my eyelids keep closing, I have no energy at all. And this has become my normal sleep pattern! My body has apparently decided that I need to sleep half of the day rather than the usual one third.
It sucks.
