Life ticks on.

I managed to literally forget what day it was yesterday, which resulted in my almost missing out on my "day off" from the kiddo. Fortunately I managed to get her over to her grandma's in time, and then I got some stuff accomplished.

I've been in a bit of a manic headspace, which makes it hard to concentrate, so I just went and jumped around, did a little personal writing, a little commission writing, a little sewing, a little self-promotion, just kinda a bit of this and a bit of that.

Today I'm still having trouble with focus, so I'm working on something easy, which is re-working some old "extreme" kink stories into a new setting. I came up with the idea of a VR world, a bit like Second Life but moreso, where people into extreme things could play them out safely in an unreal space where you respawn after you die, can control your actual pain thresholds, etc.

So far it's been pretty fun to do, and it's always easier updating older stories than writing from scratch. (Some of these are so old they actually pre-date my "publishing" adult content at all. I wrote extreme, kinky, violent, edgy smut for years before I ever let anybody else see even the most tame, vanilla sex scene.)

Not sure what I'll do with these when they're done. Even with the reworking making it clear everything is perfectly consensual and purely fantasy, snuff stories are still not going to fly most places. They'll probably just end up being Patreon exclusives. I still like 'em, though, and it's satisfying to make kinda meh old stories into better versions.
