Well, victorious over the apathy of Emerald Property Management, as I actually managed to get an appointment to see the apartment we want. Not victorious over Loweko's lj dungeon though, it killed me again. I totally forgot that the alcove there had an arch-demon blocking the only way in or out. Bah. Next time I shall not be so remiss. But journal adveturing defeats aside, the day is otherwise going very well.
