Meme of insanity. Pass it on.
Aug. 24th, 2006 06:48 pmI met a traveller from an antique land
Who said, 'Two vast and trunkless buttocks of stone
Float in the desert. Near them on the sand,
Half sunk, a shatter'd visage lies, whose frown
And wrinkled lip and sneer of cold command
Tell that its sculptor well those passions read
Which yet survive, stamp'd on these lifeless things,
The hand that mock'd them and the arse that fed.
And on the pedestal these words appear:
"My name is Arsymandias, bum of bums:
Look on my cheeks, ye mighty, and despair!"'
Nothing beside remains: round the decay
Of that colossal tush, boundless and bare,
The lone and level sands stretch far away.

If you wish to pass this meme along, you must draw your own version of it and post that, along with the poem, to your lj. Copying my drawing is unacceptable! Photoshopping is allowed, as well as Paint, and anything else you'd care to use. Quality is not required.
Pass the arse along!
