Woe

I have no kitty.

Emerald Property management decided to be stupid and wouldn't give the shelter verbal confirmation that we're allowed to have a cat over the phone. They insisted that the shelter fax them a request and they'd fax back sometime tomorrow.

And the shelter is closed tomorrow and the next day, so I can't get my kitty until Friday!

Edit: It gets even more fun, because apparently Emerald turned down the request and said we can't get a cat! They think we HAVE a cat already, because we filled out all the paperwork to get one ages ago, and they haven't approved us for two cats. *mutters* So tomorrow JJ has to go down there to straighten that out.

Bah.
