Ahhh ok. That is pretty small. Mine's a caribou antler from northern BC (field work souvenir ;), looks almost identical in style and texture.

Were they difficult to anchor on there?

Somewhat, yes. The hardest part was drilling out holes for the bolts. Antler is very dense, tough material. Even with an electric drill I probably spent around two hours drilling.
