I've only ever found completely white hairs, and I think the first one was 5+ years ago. While they've been few and far between, I am only 24.

My uncle had a full hair of white by his mid-twenties. My dad was about 25% white by his early 30s.

My hairline recedeth even at this young age. Not graying as best I can tell, but retreating, definitely.
