My innards are staging a full-scale revolt. Attempts to fight back with peptol-bismol and tums have failed. And I can't even feel better by throwing up, there's nothing there to throw up, I haven't eaten anything at all today.

Urgh.

I'm starting to wonder if I'm getting an ulcer. Because I'm not only nauseated, I'm also in pain. Although I've been told if I had an ulcer I'd know it. Dunno. Whatever it is, I don't approve. At all.

Feel better, I remember when I had a stomach virus I was miserable. Drinking 7up, settled my stomach when i was sick.

I often wonder if it's an ulcer too, when those symptoms strike me. A number of weeks ago when I was deeply distressed, my entire gut tract was in turmoil, and I felt all acidic and hurty inside. Still not right even as of today.

I guess if it is an ulcer, the best you can do is try to reduce the stressors that might have brought it on. Keep your perspective, keep your cool... keep your lunch. Yeah right, eh? :} Hope you feel better soon... *gentle hugs*

Take care.

You get kudos for using the word "nauseated" instead of "nauseous", oh Scrabble Queen, although according to Dictionary.com both uses are correct. *puzzled*

You just made me remember the time she clobbered three other people and I at Scrabble. That still hurts. :p

I did lots of clobbering at BC this year too. *grins*

And the dictionary changes definitions as general usage changes. Nauseous has come into general use, but I still think it's wrong!
