Orphaned pony

I'm kind of pissed off right now so I didn't feel like taking the time to do a proper photoshoot. But I put a lot of work into this guy, so I did want to show him off. I can't show him in the pony forum without inviting massive drama, because the girl who commissioned him is an idiot and is blaming me for her stupidity.

It's a long story.

Anyhow, this guy is an orphan now because the gal who commissioned him says she hates him and doesn't want him. Poor little pony. (If anybody wants him, arrangements could probably be made.) He did come out pretty nicely though. This was my first time making sculpted hair and my first time making sculpted clothes, so I'm quite proud of him.

(And the commissioner sent me another horrible passive-aggressive message, and said "I guess you can just keep my money and the pony too because I don't like him at all." *eyeroll* I'm sure she thought that would make me feel guilty enough to make a replacement. Ha! I'm just going to take her at her word. She shouldn't have said it if she didn't mean it.)

She apparently wanted a G1 pony, not a G3 pony. Although she never mentioned this to me. Apparently I was supposed to go to the pony forum, look up her pony collection, notice that all the other customs in it were G1s, and know to make a G1 for her without her telling me that's what she wanted.

You did a very good job on it. My first thought on seeing it was "That looks really familiar...where have I seen that before...whaaaat anime..." It's been a LONG time since I watched the series though so until I read about the Trowa pony in the other one I kept scratching my brain about it.

Aw, yeah, he looks nice! Sounds like you're dealin' with a bitch, but w/e can't help but run into them sometimes so dun get too upset over it. I think he's cute, the hair is pretty cool too, being hand sculpted and all.

I say you enter him into an art show at a anime con if you have the time, maybe even an art auction. He looks great. don't let looser like commissioners get ya down.
