Purchasing stuff from Japan

I've got a line on a middleman for Y!Japan stuff (who is awesome) but I'm now trying to figure out how to purchase something from the e-capcom online store. I can't seem to do it directly, so I suspect I need somebody in Japan with a paypal account (or at least somebody who's fluent in Japanese and can navigate the site better than I can relying on pictures and bad google translations) who can assist. I don't suppose anybody reading this fits either of those criteria?

I've been buying merchandise from Japan for the past 10 years and more, but I've never had to be fluent in Japanese to do, sadly. I might rectify that, someday, but in the meantime, I'm afraid I can't currently help.
