Back

[bladespark]

Went on a short overnight camping trip to a campsite that just happens to be next to an observatory. Stayed up late and saw the Andromeda Galaxy, among other things. It was pretty awesome.

Now back to work. :P Lots to do!

It was way fun. :) They had a 24-inch scope in the dome, and once the early-evening crowd of families with kids were gone and only the late-night geeks were left, the guy running it would point it at anything we wanted to see.

Yeah, the weather was pretty nice. Although depending on where you're going I like going in the spring or fall, it's less crowded.
