Well, the new shirts arrived today. Never got a shipping notice or any tracking info or anything like that.

I ordered a size larger (large) and they still are just a hair snug, I should probably have gone with a guy's shirt, frankly. :P

I was told they'd be printed on better quality fabric, but they're the same super-light-weight stuff, I can still see through both layers together if I hold them up.

Honestly, I give them credit for replacing my order when I wasn't happy with it, so I'm going to say it's good service, they get a pass on that front. And they didn't send any more stupid "free" crap, but the shirts are still basically undershirts like I get for $2 a pop at Walmart, so the $25 price tag is pretty darn absurd. Even with the cost of printing and a markup to make a profit, I feel pretty overcharged here.

So that's that, really.

at this point, id be emailing to ask them where the 'better quality' shirts (that they were supposedly working on) were.

Meh. What good will that do me? Obviously they're not going to actually use better shirts. So what, they'll say they made a mistake and ship me another bunch of thin shirts? I don't need an infinite supply of ill-fitting thin pony shirts.

it at least lets them know that youre still disappointed with the quality of the shirts themselves. otherwise, they might think youre perfectly happy and the quality isnt an issue. stress that you dont want them to replace them again, just that you want them to be aware that the shirts are cheap and of a poor quality for the price they are charging and that unless that changes, you wont be shopping with them again.

Oh, I've told them I still don't like the quality! But I also keep getting told that super thin shirts are "in" right now. (Not by welovefine, by other people, including the artist of one of the shirts, who I contacted to ask if the design is sold anywhere else, and they said no, but they love the welovefine shirts.)

ah, my mistake.

i really dislike thin shirts. for $25, i was a STURDY shirt thats going to last not some flimsy POS.
i was so hoping they would send you quality shirts this time. :(

So was I. I basically sent a polite e-mail saying I appreciated they'd tried to do right, and I didn't want anything else, but the shirts were still flimsy, and I didn't like them.

Urgh.... as you say, it's nice that they seemed to take your concerns seriously and try to fix the issue, but I'd be disappointed too with the replacements still being such thin fabric when you're paying that much. I think your whole tale has solidly convinced me not to do business with them. I really appreciate you relaying your experiences, just sorry you had to suffer through them!
