Sep. 6th, 2012 02:40 pmA guide to interacting with me at the convention. :)
Where are you staying?
At the con hotel
What day are you getting there?
On Thursday
Who will you be with?
My husband JJ
Will you be bringing a fursuit?
I'll have two heads at my booth, to show off my style a bit, but I currently don't have any suits I can wear, so no.
Do you do free art?
Nope!
Do you do trades?
There is a tiny chance that I might, but probably not, no.
Do you do commissions?
Absolutely! I'll be taking commissions for completion at the convention, even, though you should get one on Thursday or Friday if you want to be certain of being able to wear it at the con.
Do you have prints / CDs ?
I do not, but I will have a huge pile of pre-made tails, and also a few pre-made ears.
Do you do badges?
Nope.
Will you have Art in the Art Show?
Nope again.
What is your gender?
Genderqueer. But more or less female-looking.
How old are you?
These things always have a question I find weird. This matters why? But I am 34.
Can I talk to you?
Absolutely! However if you're at my booth talking to me, and the conversation runs more than a minute or two, I would really appreciate it if you stood to the side a bit, so people passing by can still see my stuff. :) I am there to sell, after all, so having somebody blocking it is keeping me from making money.
Can I touch you?
Please don't. I am kind of twitchy about being touched by people I don't know really well.
Can I take your picture?
Sure, that's fine.
Can I hang out with you?
Maybe. :) You can hang by the booth and talk, but as far as inviting me to parties, dinners, and other "hangout" events, you have to invite my husband too, and he also has to feel like going, plus I may have too many commissions on my plate to hang out, so I can make no guarantees.
How can I find you?
I'll be in the dealer's den any time it's open, save for an hour or two when I'll be at various panels I'm interested in. Other than that, I expect to spend much of the con in my room working on commissions.
Yeah, I know, I'm boring. But for me this is a chance to make enough money to get myself financially okay for the year, so that always has to come first!
P.S. Will be posting some plush pics later today. LOTS of new ponies to show off! And some other stuff too.
