bladesparkIt was done last night, but then I had to crash.
Oh god, writing Aziraphale and Crowley is way too much fun. Though Crowley's dialog is a real bitch for me to do. His kind of diction does not come naturally to me at all. Aziraphale might as well be one of my own OCs, as far as the way he talks goes, but Crowley...urgh. Probably the weakest point.
I'm SO stoked about it, though. References to the bits of the series I liked best, sexyness and sweetness and sillyness, and literally setting the bed on fire! It's entirely unlike any smut story I've ever written before, that's for sure, but it spends most of the ~8000 words just kinda letting the two characters bounce off each other in various ways. And waffle on about each other in their heads, also. :3 They've both got it bad. It's fricking adorable.
It's out on Patreon right now, at least a rough draft version, and I'm working on at least giving it a tiny bit of editing before putting it up on AO3. I'm too excited to sit on this one for weeks or even days, though. It's only not up now because I do try to give my patrons something even if it's only a day's head start. So it'll be up for everybody this evening.
