bladesparkagents something, something. Querying, querying through the snow, agents something, something!
I'm not good at filking. (This is set to the tune of "Caroling, caroling." No, I don't know why, except I guess the meter fits.
I've sent just two queries so far. I'm working on number three. I have been regaled with tales of sending 50, 60, 100 queries just to get a handful of rejections back and mostly no response at all.
The egomaniac in me notes my historic lack of rejections and is hoping for an exception?
The little "you suck" voice of course says the opposite and that there's no point in trying this at all, and oh my god why are you trying to sell a bisexual furry vampire adventure romance novel to anybody, that's never going to happen in a million years!
I guess we'll see? I'm not up for 100 of these things, that's for sure, but I can send a few a week for a while, at least.
