Well, that answers that.

Tari is in heat.

This answers the question of whether or not she’d been previously fixed, I suppose. So far she hasn’t done anything unfortunate, just rolled around on the floor alot, rubbed up against everything except the other cat, and spent a lot of time hunkered down with her rear in the air, waiting for her feline Prince Charming.

So when we go back to the vet in a couple of weeks for a follow-up visit, I guess I’ll be shelling out for a little surgery.

Catmageddon

I was taking picture of my old airbrush and compressor to sell on Craigslist (the compressor being too heavy to economically ship, really,) when I noticed that I had a feline photo op of sorts.

Dreams

I was just reminded that I had a strange dream last night. I don't remember most of it, but JJ was in it, and a couple of other people, and there was something involving a diner, maybe an IHOP, or a Denny's, and we were at the table with a group of about six, myself, JJ, two random people that I really can't remember, and for reasons I really don't understand, Sparkindarkness and his boyfriend. Not that I know what Spark looks like, other than "lots of hair." Or what his boyfriend looks like, for that matter. I can sort of understand maybe why, as I've had legal subjects on my mind a lot, but why on earth, if I'm going to dream about British Lawyer-types, did Loweko not turn up?

Weird. Very weird.

Bleah.

Well, today I was suposed to get this head done, but I didn't. I do have it all done but the furring. Ah well. My bad news sort of threw off my day.

The furry bits of the ears aren't actually properly fastened down at all, they're just set over the frame for the moment. And hopefully the fur will make the eyes look right. Just now it looks very slightly wall-eyed to me. Which I suppose means the cross-eyed thing is probably licked.
