Today's news.
May. 14th, 2007 01:56 pmWell, I started the day by walking down to the Volunteer Clinic to see a doctor about my fatigue/sleeping problems. (Sleeping 12 hours some nights and then still feeling tired isn't exactly normal.) I had to get blood drawn, which is always minorly traumatic for me, I'm apparently very hard to get.
The EOU thing has just gotten all kinds of bizarre... I don't exactly regret getting involved, but I sure wish I'd realized exactly how thoroughly disorganized it all was before getting into it.
Auction for my lava ki-rin ended at $56. This is, I think, an all new low. I was tempted into doing this by the high prices some PYOs have been fetching lately, but apparently my PYOs are not going to fetch such prices, and I really should quit selling them on ebay. It cost me a touch over $40 to get the statue, ($35 + shipping) and I spent quite a long time painting it, and I don't think I'm getting even a dollar an hour for the thing. Not worth it at all. I suppose I should have put on a reserve, but I hate auctions with reserves.
Now I need to get sewing. Sewing machine still hasn't arrived, and neither has my polyfill stuffing, so there's a limit on what I can work on. I'll probably get some paws done.
