Mwa ha ha ha!

My venus fly trap has eaten two crickets. This amuses me probably more than it should. But it's a plant that eats animals. How cool is that?! Also, it's a plant that, unlike my aloe, actually requires care and attention, and I've had it for a month-ish now and haven't killed it. That's quite an accomplishment.

Here's a photo of the flytrap with its dinner. Also a photo of my Big Brother ponies, because I now have the whole set! Trucker arrived the day before yesterday and completed the Big Brother set. Well, the whole set of regular American Big Brothers, anyhow. I still have most of the international ones to get. Oh, and also another picture of chaos, drawn by shiia_niimura who was kind enough to do it for free when I mentioned I didn't have much to spend on arts. She is spiffy and awesome to do such a nice thing for a stranger! (Though she doesn't know me as bladespark, I found her through, er, alternate means, so if you even talk to her and want to mention who sent you to her, just say it was Chaos. Chaos is incognito sometimes.)
