I'm starting one up. It's writing focused, but also has an art aspect. It's more or less using the Big Bang pattern, with stories that artists will illustrate.

Assuming we get a decent amount of interest over the next couple of weeks, we'll move forward with writer and artist applications. (And possibly mod applications, but my little core volunteer friends group has art, publishing, and editing expertise, so mostly we just need a merch mod, if we decide to do merchandise other than the book itself.)
