Finding an apartment is taking forever! Moving in is going to take longer.

This is worrying me, because we're starting to eat into time I have scheduled for costuming! I'm going to start missing commission deadlines SOON if I don't get into an apartment. Mrf. This is bad, bad, bad, bad. I'm going to haul out some of the fur today, and do a bit of sewing, but there's no way I'm going to be able to really work on things here, I just don't have the space.

*worries*

I really don't want to, but Mol, I may have to push your order back until BoardieCon, rather than finishing it this month. Which I really don't want to do. But I can't finish it this month if I don't even get to work on it until the end of the month, which is what it's starting to look like... Gah.

Wow, you need an assembly line for all that stuff...

Just take a deep breath, and tackle it one step at a time. Try not to think about the entire workload, break it down into manageable steps. Definitely start with the easiest things, especially given the lack of space. Maybe work on all of the more difficult and numerous pieces at once as well, getting all of them to the same stage of completion, until you can get your other materials. That way you'll generally only need one type of material and tool(s) out at the same time, are performing the same steps at one time (no switching to different techniques so much), and perhaps feel like you have more things done in the long run.

I know, obvious suggestions, but I find it helps to think of things in smaller, manageable stages when overwhelmed. Good luck!

All the people I give a damn about completely showing off to will be at BC. Having it by CC would just be a swankness bonus; hence having it by then is not a top priority, particularly when you have real life to contend with. Don't worry about it overmuch.
