Updates on the status of the house

The internet returns next Monday. So there's almost an entire week of waiting, netless, aiee! Ah well. Anyhow, the fleas are DEAD! Ha! Gone forever, one hopes.And the sink is fixed. The kitchen lights are still busted, and we're trying to figure out what the heck is going on with the gas, but otherwise things are going just as they should.

We bought an armchair today, and a couch, and I got some books too. (I shouldn't be allowed into the books section of a Goodwill...)

There's still a lot to do, but things are progressing apace.
