Oh, yeah. Just'In and I listened to this because someone posted a link to it on customerssuck.com. His reaction would be mine. "Um, I don't know why you're reacting like this. I don't have any kids, you can't kill me, you can't punish me because I won't give you my last name, and I don't really care that you're mad. However, I am getting paid for this call of yours, so I'll just let you talk for as long as you want."

On second thought... Would he get paid for this call?

Depends on his company's policies. He's getting paid for the time, at least. He probably won't get any sales bonuses for that one though. *grin*

I personally don't know how he does it. I wouldn't be able to take that kind of verbal abuse.

On second thought, he probably put down the earpiece for a time, played his Gameboy for awhile, and picked up the earphones every minute or so to comment.
