The following images are not for the weak of stomach or of mind.

I have delivered the photos, as promised. I bet that some of you now wish I hadn't. *grins evily* You'll never be able to look at bubble wrap the same way again, will you?

Ick. I never seen that many fleabites on one person. Time to fumigate.

Ah, apparently you haven't been following the saga of the infestation here. We did. Twice. They do appear to be dead now. *crosses fingers* Those photos were taken last week.

I have read. I think you need to fumigate again...but with different agents. Have you actually had the tent type fumigation? Granted it is very inconvienient but it may become necessary as this cant be good for the skin.

Thanks! (They do really seem to be gone, I haven't seen more than one since Sunday.)

Be watchful. If there is even 2 left, they could reproduce like mad.

*giggles* Apparently. Ask JJ. I, happily, am not the owner of those legs. (I'd look strange, they wouldn't match the rest of me at all.) And as I have no allergic reaction, and habitually wear socks and long pants even in this weather, I have a tiny ring of little red specks around each ankle where my socks leave off. Lucky me, eh?

Wow, just when my gut was starting to feel better. *shudder* Oh well, I was warned, but I'm a sucker. ;D

If it does happen again, get him to wear knee-highs, or hip waders, or something! That's about as bad as pemphigus (looks similar too).

N) *blinks* It probably says something about the state of this brain that I'm not registering any great emotion while looking at the pictures.

Glad to hear about apparent flea death. *wonders what a flea looks like 'in person', as opposed to pictures of under a microscope*

Given that all the pictures are from under what seems to be a lot of magnification, they're larger than you expect. A full-grown one is plenty large enough to recognize all the characteristic body shapes after you squish one between thumb and forefinger. On the other hand, they're small enough that even when you kill them that way, there's no noticable deformation.

N) On the one hand, I'd like to see one in situ some day: on the other hand, I wouldn't want to be in a/the position in which I'd be most likely to do so.

Thank you for the information.

Mowf... Eeeeew.

Honestly. That was my initial reaction. I know I'm at least part cat, but I'm too many parts of anything to really do anything about it. Still, though.... mowf.
