Argh

I want a wholesale supplier of narrow, adult sized, cloth covered headbands in black, or white, or brown.

Not rainbow.

Not retail.

Not plastic.

Just black, white, or brown, with fabric on them.

I CANNOT find such a thing, and it's driving me nuts! Goody makes them, but I can't find a way to buy direct from them, and the only place that seems to carry the accursed things is Walmart! Gah.

bummer... I use the metal ones, personally, and I fur them myself... I have a ton of them... if you're interested in some.

But I'm a lazy bum! *grins* The fabric colored ones, so long as the color doesn't clash with the fur, need no furring, you just slap on ears, and you're done.

I have found numerous sources for the plain plastic kind, which I can glue fur over, and which I am using while I continue the hunt, but I really do prefer to not have to fur them. And for wearing, the flat band just blends into your hair, while the furred bands don't. Personal taste thing, really. I don't like how the furry ones look quite a well.

yeah, i'm not crazy about the look either... but for some reason most buyers tell me they want it furred... which is fine by me, since it's easier for me to attach the ears so the parts where it's attached are less visible with the fur.

I know I spoke with someone at Goody once and they sent me a ton of samples of different hair elastics, since I called to complain about the ones they had that tore out my little girl's hair when I tried to remove it... are you not able to find their number? or are they not willing to sell to you directly?

I only just recently got any contact info for them, and have been going through e-mail. They responded to my first inquiry, but haven't actually answered my questions about direct buying, I'm still waiting on a second response.

Sounds like the same problem when we were looking for fur for my suit. =P
