Ah money...
Oct. 24th, 2006 06:35 pm...how I wish I had more of it!
I really would like to join the unfortunate animal of the month club, but to do so I have to sign up for at least three months (heck, I'd like to sign up for five or six, so I can get one of every kind that I like) but at $50 a month, I don't know about that... I mean on the one hand it's less than most people pay for their cable, but on the other hand, that's $150, ro $300, or whatever, that I could save for vacationing or use to pay off my loan or spend on Windstones.

Date: 2006-10-25 01:57 am (UTC)While I do think supporting good causes is great (I have a shelter cat, and would never adopt anywhere else,) the unfortunate animal of the month club hasn't got anything to do with that.
I linked to it a few posts ago, it's this gal who makes mutant weird plush animals by cutting up old plushes and sewing the bits together into new things. So you can get six armed teddy bears and two-headed plush bunnies and stuff.

Date: 2006-10-25 04:43 am (UTC)I really want some from the alien collection- I love the bunnies with 3 ears, 3 eyes and six limbs. I'm bring one to work with me every day and set it on my register so customers and coworkers alike could go "WHAT THE HECK IS THAT?!"
