But I'll spare you all. I'm sure you've heard me say most of what I feel like saying now anyhow.

Instead, progress, and photos!

I didn't finish the two sets of feet today, but they're both cut, and I've done some good sewing on both as well as polishing off a Loonakit. (I had to stop and do the Loonakit, the cat sat on my lap and was being cute when I took a break halfway through cutting fur, and I couldn't get up to cut more without dumping her off, so I worked on the Loonakit instead, as it was within reach. *grins*) I'd get the feet done tomorrow, but tomorrow is pre-mailing day, when I finish off the odds and ends that need to go out on Friday, so I have two Loonakits, and a tail to do, which won't quite take the whole day, but will take enough of it I won't get both sets of footpaws done. Maybe one of them.

Anyhow, I got photos of the head I just finished! Well, almost finished, the tongue is drying and needs paint.

Isn't it neat? It's a little asymmetrical, I was worrying too much about other things. (I get one problem licked, another one pops up. But that's why I've avoided raising my prices much lately, even though I think I'm the very cheapest full-time pro suitmaker in the world at the moment.)

Anyhow, is spiffy! The hands for this are pretty much done, and the feet are the ones I hope to get done tomorrow, and then it just needs a tail, and it's ready to go. I'd thought I might have it to ship Friday, but looks like next week.

Very nice. To be honest, at first glance I see no asymmetry so I think most folks who view it (well, besides the owner/creator/artist) won't even care. It excels at everything else to make up for it (clean lines, nicey coifed fur mane, furry ears!!! :D)
