Yeah, I get that too (as I'm sure you know by now).
Often, after I'm over it, I figure out that there was some reason for it. Usually silly or insignificant, but still enough to "tip the balance" so to speak.
Take as long as you need to finish feeling depressed. I don't know about you, but it really gripes me when I'm feeling down and people are telling me to "feel better" or "be happy". My response is along the lines of "Grrr! Don't you think I would if I could?".
Well, I am cheered a bit by going to the new apartment. For one thing, warm! I can actually take off my jacket! My room is nice and toasty, JJ refuses to go in there because it's too warm. Yaywarm!
Just had the same thing happen to me yesterday out of the blue... made me sad and angry since I just started feeling better after having time away over the holidays, and couldn't figure out what was causing it. Damn anxiety anyway...
Sphix is right, of course. *HUGS* are best. They ask nothing of you, but offer plenty.
