I'm not psychic. I've been two years, and for two years getting the hotel three or four months before was fine. How was I supposed to know this? I don't watch their site every day or something.

about a month or so ago, i was told to hurry if i was going to FC because the main hotel was filled already.

err, i dunno...if it were *me* going, id be watching the site like a hawk. *shrugs* but i really have nothing better to do.

Are you on the waiting list for the dealer's den, or is this artist alley we're discussing... There may be tables free on a first come first serve basis if there is a no show at the con- again, this is dicey since there is a waiting list as it is-

The other two issues I cannot help with, as FC will be my first major con and I didn't want to be stuck behind a table.

Hrm. That'd be pretty fun. I have pretty much decided to scrap the usual building a million tails, and try to get one really impressive fursuit done first instead.

Let me go talk to the guy who's offered me a room at the other hotel, I don't want to screw up anything for him, and I'll get back to you. Being in the same hotel would be nicer.

Not a problem at all, so far I'd been planning to have just us anyway and sell space at the last minute to friends who find they don't have a room or hate their roomies or something anyway. We'll still see you anyway, I'm quite sure, especially since you probably -will- have a unique impressive fursuit.

Guess I'm in then! Really it might be fun to actually go to panels and suit in the halls during the day and do all that con stuff I haven't done because I was stuck behind a table, so I'm not too fussed about the booth thing, honestly. It'll cut down my income a little bit, but not really by that much, as I can now take a full suit commission in January, rather than just making tails to stock up.

Never been before, so I have no idea what to expect, but I'm sure it's gonna be a lot of fun. And it'll be my first time traveling by plane by myself, ZOMG!

Heh.. I was just remembering when I first found out about costume conventions (furry and otherwise) and I was like "OMG! A place I could dress up in *costume* and be considered *cool* for doing so!"

And I wanted to go so badly but it seemed like such an impossible thing at the time.

I'll let you know money details closer to con time. I trust we'll be able to pick up a couple more people to split with as well.
