It's baggy because I am a skinny girl and the suit is made for a large guy. I'm pretty happy with this one, particularly given how many firsts went into it.

Well... they were a bit of a process. I started with a sort of cone of upholstery foam. I put a wire down the middle, cut slits and wedges it in, and curled it into the spiral shape. Then I put strips of wonderflex around it until it was covered. Then I added a thin layer of apoxie sculpt to smooth out the edges of the strips, and to add bumps and ridges. Then I covered the whole thing in about four layers of gesso. And then I painted it with acrylics and sealed it with a gloss coat.

well, they're very impressive... and knowing how cameras are about glossy colors, i bet they look even better in person.
