This is a little quiz. You enter your opinions on various issues, and it tells you whic political candidates have the platform closest to your answers.

My BEST match was Kucinich, at a stunning 48% similarity. Yes, the closest candidate to my own views is somebody who I agree with on less than 50% of the issues covered in this quiz.

Which just supports what I've felt all along, that there's not a one of them I would be happy to vote for. Voting is just a matter of chosing the lesser of several evils.

Hah. Dodd at 38% here- incidentally, who I'm leaning towards if I re-register to vote in the primary as democratic.

I apparently support Hillary Clinton 40%

I usually vote for one of the little underdogs like the Green Party. Not because I want them to win, but because I don't particularly want anyone else to win either :/

Kucinich, 43%, followed by Hillary Clinton.

Not that I'm an American, mind you, but.

Indeed so.
I suspect a lot of British people like me would get the same result as me (no-one above 50%, Democrats in order, then Republicans at the bottom, and rated as "Hard-Core Liberal*").

*which, once again, makes it clear that the American definition of liberal is odd, since in most countries, liberalism isn't pro-state intervention...

Edwards at 58%. Clearly I am a damn bloody liberal.

I had Gravel at like 60%, so my liberal credentials must additionally be soaked in the blood of puppies and Our Brave Soldiers.

Well, Kucinich and Biden were tied... at 63%! Most of the other Dems were 50%+, but all the Republicans were lower than 35%.

Big shock, I know, but...

Unless you're part of the electoral college, don't sweat president so much: You don't get to vote for that office anyway per US Constitution. Sweat the small stuff, like your local politicians. Get enough of those on your side at the US level and the president can't get jack shit done.

Does anyone ever vote for who they want? It seems my entire voting history has been a string of voting AGAINST someone, never for someone

That said I got Kucinich - 83%
