I preface this little meme with the notation that my entire drinking exprience consists of getting talked into taking a single sip of something called a "copper camel" because my friend insisted it tasted just like caramel, and I needed to taste it and see. It did, indeed, taste like caramel. And like eye-searing alcohol. I am way too sensitive to the flavor to enjoy it in most things, even if I did want to drink. Which I don't. I have a very long list of reasons why not, and they include a year or so's worth of being a designated driver to a bunch of people who were right idiots when drunk.

I pick up random trivia. I love random trivia! I wikisurf and just read weird stuff, which is how I knew exactly what absinthe was, I read the wiki article on it.

ah... I like random trivia, too... but not random in the sense of subject matter... I like little historical tidbits on people, places... i dunno.

you know how einstein never memorized anything that could be looked up in under 2 minutes? things that have less than a 0.5% chance of being useful for me to know tend to not make it into my brain... unless I find them interesting.
