Fund raiser failure, lazy days.
Jun. 15th, 2002 01:53 pmWell, so far my campaign to raise the needed funds to pay for a web page upgrade is going nowhere. Not once cent raised, and nobody signed the guest book either. Oh well. I'm going to keep it up anyhow, since I might at least make a few bucks. You never know.
So today I'm doing absolutely nothing, just lazing around and avoiding doing my Saturday cleaning. Went shopping with my sister. We were going to take my brother, but he went to karate instead. It ended up being a good thing, since we ended up being really girly. You just can't shop for makeup and a bra with a guy present... (especially an easily embarrassed one, which my bro is.) I got two new CDs, an Enoch Train one (instrumental stuff, just amazing!) and a country CD which I only got because it has one of my theme songs on it, "I should be sleeping" which is so me! (Yes, yes, I confess, sometimes when I'm in the mood I listen to country.) My sister got a few new CDs too and we're listening to one of hers. Vanessa Carlton, which is actually pretty good.
Saturdays are just great. I sometimes wish I could just quit work and have these kind of days everyday. Nowhere to go, nothing I need to do except vacuum, but I'll get around to that eventually, and Halo playing tonight.
