I LOVE HIS FACE! I'd go with just a touch more detail on the tails, though, I dunno. But oh god his face! I love it. :)

I tried sketching suckers on the tails, like octopus tentacles, but it sort of failed. :P I think if I were finishing it I'd add some detail with color, but I'm not sure what to add in black and white that wouldn't look awful.

Glad you like the head though. :D Tentacles are fun!
