Lots of places. Google searches for "X sprite", or looking through archives like http://www.spriters-resource.com/ and of course there's http://cardgallery.tales-tra.com/cards.htm

How do the boards work? Do they have pegs that you stick the beads onto, or are they tied into place, or something else? Presumably they only need to be fixed down until you iron them, at which point they hold to each other.

I'll let you know if there's any sprites I decide I need in physical form. :)
